How we are tackling decarbonisation:
- Since 2018, we have cut our manufacturing CO2 emissions by 45%, planning to be Carbon Neutral by 2030 (-80% vs 2018)
- We are using only renewable electricity in our plants in Europe, North and South America, getting 100% Worldwide by 2025
- More than 90 energy efficiency projects on-going.

End-of-life management
Globally, one billion tyres reach the end of their useful lives every year. End of life tyres can be transformed into valuable secondary input material.
For this reason, we cooperate with international and local stakeholders to develop sustainable collection models. We also promote joint development agreements with key suppliers to enhance the quality of material deriving from ELTs for effective tyre-in-tyre recycle.
