WARRANTY

Both the Control Unit and sensorised tyres have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Absolutely not. The car is not affected in any way.

For any questions related to the use of Track ADRENALINE™, you can contact Pirelli Customer Service via email at: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
The Control Unit installation is ‘plug and play’. You can put it on the windshield or on the roll bar/back window. The Control Unit can be easily removed at the end of the track session.
The sensor is fitted to the inner liner of the tyre, weighs only a few grams, and does not affect the tyre performance in any way.
No maintenance is required on the hardware. The TRACK ADRENALINE™ App may have some updates, available on the Apple Store and on the Google Play Store.

Please uninstall the app and install again.
Please allow one hour to receive your email and make sure to check the email spam folder. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service via email at: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
Please contact our Customer Service team and ask for your vehicle to be added to our system: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com. Please specify brand, model, version, engine, year.

Please check that the GPS network is strong under the “Record Session” tab (in detail, check that the GPS icon is active and not crossed out) and that you have selected the correct circuit. If the problem persists, please restart the app and the Control Unit. If the issue is not resolved, please contact the Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
The App TRACK ADRENALINE™ is compatible with Apple OS (iOS from version 14 and for Apple CarPlay from version .16) and Android OS (from version 8).
VPlease make sure you are connected to the Control Unit WiFi. If the problem persists, please restart the App and Control Unit and try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
If you have an Android device, please check that it is compatible. You may still need to change some options in the WiFi settings section (e.g. WiFi +, WiFi Intelligent, Smart WiFi, etc.) or allow the use of the Control Unit WiFi network, even if there is no data connection. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
The app cannot be used without an internet connection.

Restart the App and tyre again. If the problem persists, try to set up your vehicle's tyres from the Garage section and wait two minutes whilst the Control Unit is on. If the issue remains, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
The TRACK ADRENALINE™ Smartphone App will be available in Italian, German, English, French, Dutch and Spanish.

CONTROL UNIT

Leave the Control Unit charging for 3 hours, until the blue light turns off. If, after 3 hours, the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
Make sure the WiFi network has the same name of the WiFi network the Control Unit is trying to connect to. If the problem persists, restart the Control Unit and wait for the red light to swith off. If the red light does not turn off after a minute or you still cannot see the WIFI network, push and hold the Control Unit switch button until the lights are off. If the problem persists, delete the Control Unit from the App and set up again. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
During first use leave the Control Unit outdoor for 5 minutes. The first GPS connection can take up to several minutes. If the issue remains, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
Verify that the GPS works properly in the 'Register Session' tab and that the selected circuit is the correct one. If something goes wrong during the data download, the App will retry again the next time the Control Unit is switched on. Restart the Control Unit and wait for the red light to turn off. If the red light does not turn off after a minute or you still cannot see the WiFi network, push and hold the Control Unit switch button until the lights are off. Yes, the Control Unit is rechargable with the USB charger present in the package.
You can find your password in the Profile tab of the App.

Make sure to connect the phone to the vehicle via USB cable and not via Wireless. The phone needs to be connected to the Control Unit through WiFi network, for this reason it is not possible to use the TRACK ADRENALINE™ App with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto via Wireless.
