Extrusion and curing process with 100% of the fumesconveyed and filtered

Reduction in energy consumption compared the previous factory configuration (until 2019): - 37% electricity, -70% natural gas, -40% water*

100% use of electricity from renewable sources purchased from the grid*

Total waste to recovery

From 2024 all of the natural rubber used in our factory in Bollate is FSC™-certified.

FSC™ certification confirms that natural rubber plantations are managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local communities and workers.
