P ZERO™ Race TLR RS is the new high-performance racing tire and the first with FSC™ certified natural rubber used in Pro competitions. Made in Italy at our new Milan facility, it is the fastest and most gripping tyre ever created by Pirelli, thanks to development and testing conducted with our Pro-team and R&D.

The new SmartEVO²
The new SmartEVO² represents the latest advancement in our high-performance racing bicycle tyre compound, enhanced by incorporating our Motorsport expertise at the highest level and the needs of modern World Tour racing. It evolves from the SmartEVO blend of three polymers with 'smart' characteristics, utilizing new materials and innovative mixing processes, now possible at our own manufacturing plant in Italy located just close to our R&D global headquarter. This results in improved overall grip, especially on wet surfaces, and a reduced rolling resistance to record level for its category, elevating both performances and handling feelings to what the fastest World Tour racers in the world demand.
SpeedCORE™
Pirelli’s (patent pending) TLR casing technology for the lowest rolling resistance and best handling possibly achievable on tubeless-ready construction: delivering a smooth and fast ride feeling. This structure adds strength and support to the tyre casing but retains a supple feel for minimal rolling resistance and maximum grip, compared to a tyre with a full bead-to-bead aramid construction. Our SpeedCORE™ technology allowed for a racing tuning of the casing: a newer and lighter structure to boost speed and handling, with a new bead design to maximize compatibility with moder aerodynamic rim designs.

The P ZERO™ Race TLR RS is manufactured in our renewed plant of Bollate, just a few kilometres from Pirelli’s global R&D Labs and Headquarter, in Milan. The historic facility, inaugurated in 1962, hosts the production of Pirelli Cycling's top-of-the-line products.
Thanks to the leadership gained in the development of Ultra High-Performance tyres for cars, moto and motorsport, we have been able to transfer a well-established experience in the world of innovative processes to bicycle tyres.
Each manufacturing step, and its relative equipment, has been conceived and implemented in accordance with the specificities of cycling products, ensuring the highest standards of safety and advanced technology to create the perfect product for every cyclist.
