Pirelli is attending the Turin Motor Show 2016 at Valentino's Park, scheduled to take place from 8th to 12th June. For the second edition of the Turin event, Pirelli has decided to exhibit its F1® technology, showing the historic show car fitted with the tyres which have enabled Formula One race drivers to tackle the track at each race, in other words the Pirelli P Zeros.
For P lunga Formula One is the first open-air workshop to develop and test the most extreme technologies, which can subsequently be applied to standard production cars. Hence Pirelli will also be present at the Turin Motor Show on the major premium and prestige cars on display during the four-day event set in Turin. From McLaren to Lamborghini, Maserati and Pagani: the latest hot models at the Valentino Park Motor Show are 100% fitted with bespoke Pirelli tyres.
Pirelli tyres are not just fitted on present-day models. Indeed, P lunga is the sole supplier for even the most futuristic designs presented by the Style Centres during the show held in Turin.
For instance, P Zero Trofeo tyres have been fitted on the Hypercar: "FRANGIVENTO" conceived by designer Giorgio Pirolo and Turinese entrepreneur Paolo Mancini.
Pirelli tyres are also donned by the concept car by Mazzanti Automobili, the Evantra Millecavalli. An extremely powerful car, as its name Millecavalli (literally, a thousand horses) suggests, driven by a generous 7.2-litre Bi-turbo V8 engine, with superior torque, namely 1,200 Nm.
