PIRELLI: ANGELO CARDARELLI NEW COMMON REPRESENTATIVE FOR SAVINGS SHAREHOLDERS
The holders of Pirelli & C. SpA savings shares, during a special meeting held today on sole call, nominated, at the proposal of Anima Sgr S.p.A, manager of the OICR denominated “Anima Geo Italia” and “Anima Star Italia Alto Potenziale”, Mr. Angelo Cardarelli as their common representative for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.
