P ZERO™ TROFEO R is constructed such that it does not necessarily need a dedicated pressure setup to deliver performance; the optimal pressure requirement will be as indicated by the vehicle manufacturer for each vehicle. This information is displayed in the vehicle’s manual and sometimes on a sticker inside the front door or fuel tank cover. While Pirelli P ZERO™ TROFEO R tyres are approved for road use, the driver must always follow local traffic regulations and exercise common sense when driving. In order to enjoy the unique experience offered by P ZERO™ TROFEO R, drivers must take note of the specific recommendations, which are in addition to general tyre use recommendations.

1. ARRIVAL AT THE TRACK: MINIMUM TARGET PRESSURE = is the minimum inflation pressure that has to be achieved while the car is running.

2A. SET SET THE STARTING TYRE PRESSURE: Start running with the recommended pressure setup, as stated by the vehicle’s manufacturer.
2B. RUN WARM UP APPROXIMATELY 20KM: According to vehicle type and track length and configuration, this distance may vary.

   - Short Stop: check and reset if over target pressure
   - Long Stop: check and if pressure <2A, restart from 2A

3. FINISH BEFORE LEAVING THE CIRCUIT: Before leaving the circuit and after the tyres have cooled down, tyre pressure should be checked to conform to the standard inflation pressures as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer and the remaining tread depth should be checked to ensure legal minimum for use on public roads (1.6mm / 2/32”).

For example, it is essential for circuit driving to install a full harness multipoint safety belt with quick release fittings.
